Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of complementary therapy and wellbeing services by Zensation Touch Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to clients (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”). By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Services are complementary and wellbeing-based and are not medical or clinical treatments.
1. Scope of Services
Zensation Touch Ltd provides complementary wellbeing services including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, and reiki-style treatments. Services are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing only.
Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical advice or healthcare treatment. Clients should consult a qualified medical professional for medical concerns.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are arranged by direct contact. Online booking may be introduced in the future. Until then, bookings are confirmed through direct communication.
Appointment times are allocated specifically for each client. A booking is considered confirmed once we acknowledge and accept the requested time slot.
3. Client Information and Health Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other relevant factors before treatment.
We may decline or modify treatment where information suggests a therapy may not be appropriate. Failure to disclose relevant information releases the Company from responsibility for resulting effects.
4. Suitability and Consent
By attending a session, you confirm that:
- You understand the service is complementary and non-medical
- You voluntarily consent to treatment
- You are fit to receive the selected therapy
- You will inform us immediately if discomfort occurs
Treatment may be stopped at any time at the client’s request or if we judge it appropriate to do so.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated in advance. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Sessions must be paid for as agreed.
We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Updated pricing will apply to future bookings only.
6. Cancellations and Late Arrival
Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Short-notice cancellations or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings or a cancellation charge.
Late arrival may reduce treatment time to avoid overrunning the next appointment. Full fees may still apply.
7. Professional Boundaries
All treatments are strictly professional complementary therapy services. Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future service.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where behaviour is unsuitable.
8. Hygiene and Safety
We maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards for treatment spaces, linens, and equipment. Clients are expected to attend in a clean and suitable condition for treatment.
We may refuse treatment where hygiene or safety concerns arise.
9. Limitation of Liability
Complementary therapies can produce varying responses. By attending, clients accept that outcomes differ between individuals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Undisclosed health-related reactions
- Outcomes differing from client expectations
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We collect and store client contact and session information for booking, safety screening, and service records. Data is used only for legitimate business and client care purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing by third parties. Information may be retained where required for legal or insurance purposes. Clients may request access or correction of their personal data.
11. Communications
By providing contact details, clients agree that we may contact them regarding appointments, scheduling, and service information. We do not send unsolicited marketing without consent.
12. Website and Cookies (If Applicable)
If our website uses cookies or analytics tools, they are used to support basic functionality and performance measurement. Users can control cookies through their browser settings.
13. Complaints
Any concerns should be raised directly so they can be reviewed and addressed promptly. We aim to resolve complaints through fair and reasonable discussion.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
